<p>Can you edit your <code>web.config</code> file in <code>C:\Program Files\Kiln\website\Kiln</code> and make sure the <code>FogBugzUrlPrefixOverride</code> value is set to the actual URL of your FogBugz website? </p> <p>If that fails, try deleting <code>miniredis.db</code> from your <code>KilnRepositories</code> directory and restarting the Kiln Storage Service.</p> <p>Also, you can always email customer-service@fogcreek.com and we'll setup a Copilot session to troubleshoot.</p>
