<p>I've seen this a few times. The import tool (from a smallish local directory) sticks at 62% for minutes. Once, I aborted it after several mins and no files showed in the repository. Another time, I aborted it but my files were now in the repository. And another time, it actually finished the import despite sticking at 62%.</p> <p>What's going on?</p>

@Benjamin - seems Mercurial 1.9 and hence Tortoise 2.1 aren't yet supported by Kiln Extensions. I have Tortoise 2.0.5 working fine, but 2.1.1 poops badly. Case FC2089618...

I guess it's just about managing expectations. The progress bar runs smoothly to 62% and stops there. I'm guessing that it then jumps to 100 when the push is complete. Maybe better to say that progress can't be monitored further and &quot;it'll be done when it's done&quot;.
