Question

1. Open code review in Kiln. In this case there are 3 changesets for the review but I don't think that matters. Review is mix of added and modified files. 44 changes of which 35 were shown.
2. Get to the bottom
3. 'Load more'
4. Files shown as of 'Load more' (below what was shown first time around) don't have any syntax highlighting

The files are a mixture of .h and .m files containing Objective C. The first file to miss the highlighting also has a '+' in the filename in case this matters.
