I have a self-hosted instance of FogBugz and Kiln. I recently changed the domain name that the machine responded to in order to add SSL capabilities. It seems that about that same time, the Kiln website stopped adding new activity entries. I can pull and push from any of my repositories, but the pushes do not show up in either the main Activity screen or in the History or Graph view of the individual repos.

I have also updated both the Maintenance URL and the Kiln Prefix URL and neither of these has fixed the issue.

Is there some way to force Kiln to reindex the repositories and get caught back up?

(I see in this question that there was some fix that was deployed to the hosted Kiln users, I'm using 2.1.4 self-hosted. Is there a fix that I can get a hold of?)

I'm sending you an email now to work on this issue. – adambox Dec 14 2010 at 14:49
I've been affected by this issue as well, on top of which, I'm no longer able to create new repositories -- the web interface hangs on 'Loading...', and if I wait ten minutes and then refresh the page, nothing has happened. Running self-hosted Kiln 2.3.29.0. – Erik Heemskerk Feb 22 2011 at 5:39
@Erik Contact the Fog Creek support team if you haven't already. They were able to help me fix it quickly. – Lee Feb 26 2011 at 22:04
