I'm having the exact same issue described here on my self-hosted Kiln instance.

Can you provide more details of what went wrong so I can try and debug?

Can you edit your web.config file in C:\Program Files\Kiln\website\Kiln and make sure the FogBugzUrlPrefixOverride value is set to the actual URL of your FogBugz website?

If that fails, try deleting miniredis.db from your KilnRepositories directory and restarting the Kiln Storage Service.

Also, you can always email customer-service@fogcreek.com and we'll setup a Copilot session to troubleshoot.

Turns out it's a bug in the Kiln storage service that ships with 2.3.29.

Support hooked me up with a new version that works great!
