I just wanted to ask a general support question, but the button, etc. on the Kiln support website here says "Submit Feature Requests".

Is this still the right way to do it, or have I missed something?

That's still the right way to do it. The best way to submit a feature request is actually to use our feature request question at http://kiln.stackexchange.com/questions/1130/feature-requests-what-do-you-want-to-see-in-kiln. The advantage of doing it there is that you can upvote those who have already asked for what you've asked for, and we have a central location to see what's a popular request amongst our users.

Can you please change the wording of the button to be "Ask Question" instead of "Submit Feature Requests"? I spent a couple minutes looking all over the site for how to ask a question, and would not have guessed to click "Submit Feature Requests". That is a doubly-strange choice of wording since as you said it is not even the best way to submit a feature request. – Kevin Ober Aug 3 2011 at 15:02
@Benjamin -- this could be really confusing, especially to new users coming to the site. "Ask Question" seems much more appropriate for the button. – Ken Morse Aug 6 2011 at 13:25
I also think "Ask a question" would be better. After all there are a lot more than feature requests on this site. Even the staff use it as faq site as well, ref the release notes and other Q&A posts. I understand why they renamed it, but seems to cause a lot og confusion – Bjorn Isaksen Aug 7 2011 at 14:48
