I saw in the Fogbugz stack exchange that you do support migration from self-hosted Fogbugz to on-demand, although it requires Fog Creek tech-support to restore the databases.
Will this also work for self-hosted Kiln?

Yes and no. We generally don't do that, because the nature of DVCS means that we don't need to: you can simply make a KOD account and push your repositories to it. But if there's a special situation, we can see about migrating your Kiln database and all of its repositories into our On Demand environment. |
