We sometimes have need for consultants to look at our code. These users only need read-only access to the repo and don't need anything else (FogBugz). As far as I can see this is not possible in Kiln right now. Community users cannot be added to the permission list, and setting a repo public is not what we want. Adding a regular user means we pay for something that isn't used, so that isn't a viable option either.

Please let us add community users to a repo as read-only users.

From the other side of the lines, I do a lot of consulting development for various clients, several of whom want read-only access to look at the code I'm writing for them, but who don't need to do anything else but look at it. And it obviously can't be a public repository, since these are usually proprietary projects. So, in essence, this would also be an extremely useful feature for me. – Cerebrate Apr 18 at 19:51
