This bugfix release is recommended for all Kiln customers.

Fix an issue where extra "Processing changesets..." events could appear in the activity feed.
Prevent memcached.exe from crashing on certain versions of Windows.
Improved error reporting.
Includes FogBugz 8.7.61.
